TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLEASE READ
R1000 damage provision that you receive back once the dress is returned in a good condition. Damage provision will only be paid back once the dress has been inspected by one of our professionals. WE WILL DEDUCT R250 FOR EVERY LATE RETURN DAY. R250 if dress bag is not returned, and R50 if the dress is not on the correct hanger. Please note the damage provision fee does not cover the full cost of the replacement cost. Additional washing fee.
Collection and return: The dress can be collected 1 day before your wedding and needs to be returned the following working day. For example, if your wedding is on Saturday, please return on Monday. Please not it is the client’s responsibility to return the dress.
We do allow one date change if your wedding date changes but STRICTLY NO RETURN ON HIRE ITEMS only one date change, strictly no dress changes are allowed after we have booked the dress out for you.
Dress sizes are only an indication.
We do allow alterations – please note sometimes there has been changes made to a dress as it is rental dresses.
